Chinese actress Zhao Wei or Vicki Zhao, was confirmed on Thursday to be one of the seven judges for the Golden Goblet Awards at the 13th Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF).
This is Zha's first formal appearance in public after giving birth to a baby girl in April.
Zhao won the Best Actress Golden Goblet Award at the 8th SIFF in 2005 for her performance in the romantic film "A Time to Love."
French director, screenwriter and actor Leos Carax was also confirmed yesterday as a judge for the festival.
The seven judges for the Golden Goblet Awards at the 13th SIFF are director John Woo (jury panel head), Chinese director Wang Xiaoshuai, Chinese actress Zhao Wei, French director Leos Carax, Israeli director Amos Gitai, American director Bill Guttentag and Japanese director Takita Youjirou.
The festival will last from June 12th to 20th this year.
