The largest collection of classical Chinese pottery and art taken from 17 private collections around the world is now on display at Capital Museum in Beijing. The 1st World Chinese Collection Exhibition features almost 100 works, including imperial porcelain, Ge wares from the Song Dynasty and jade objects from the Qing Dynasty.

More than 50 works have come from overseas, with 85 percent of them being shown in China for the first time.
The exhibition runs until Jan. 9, 2011 and will be held every two years.
