China Vanke, the country's largest listed real estate developer, said Monday evening its sales value in the first three quarters grew 29.6 percent from a year earlier to 46.15 billion yuan (about 6.76 billion U.S. dollars).
September's sales value grew 27 percent year on year to 5.46 billion yuan, said the Shenzhen-based developer. The space sold in September totaled 537,000 square meters, up 0.8 percent.
The company sold 5.1 million square meters of housing nationwide in the past nine months, up 26.8 percent year on year.
The rising momentum of Chinese property market this year was boosted by a series of government measures to bolster the economy and stimulate domestic consumption.
