The CEPIFINE, which represent more than 25 percent of the total EU production of coated fine paper, alleges that imports originating in China, are being dumped in the EU market. EU trade inspectors choose the US as the subrogate country and will probe into Chinese coated fine paper producers' export record in 2009. The investigation will cover 16 tariff items.
The European Commission will make the final decision within 15 months.
