Jiangsu Welfare Lottery operator is offering a 100,000 yuan (US$14,584.28) reward for information to locate the winner of a 10-million-yuan jackpot as his right would expire in six days.
The ticket sold at a lottery booth in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, won the top prize during the 69th "Twin Color Ball" lottery drawn on June 17.
However, nobody claimed the winning ticket despite wide media coverage.
The unknown winner paid only two yuan for this ticket, Guangdong-based Modern Express reported today.
The ticket expired on August 16, 60 days after the draw.
The record unclaimed jackpot was sold in Sichuan Province last year, valuing 9.22 million yuan.
