Fire fighters have put out a fire at a high-rise building in the downtown area of Guangzhou, capital of south China's Guangdong Province, Wednesday morning.
Nobody died or got injured in the accident so far, said a spokesman with the municipal fire brigade.
The fire broke out at about 10:20 a.m. on the sixth floor of an office building in the central business district of Guangzhou.
The fire was extinguished shortly after the breakout, and work returned to normal at the building by 11:00 a.m..
Initial investigation indicates that problems with the cooling system of the power generator is to blame for the fire, according to the fire brigade.
