The All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) said on Saturday that it has donated 4 million yuan (616,000 million U.S. dollars) in emergency funds for flood relief in south China.
The money will go to the provinces of Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi and Guizhou, the ACFTU said.
Floods caused by heavy rains left 75 people dead and 69 missing in the four provinces from the evening of June 9 to the early hours on June 10. The floods have affected 5.72 million people and devastated the region's farms.
