A fire that broke out Wednesday in Hong Kong has left four people dead and 19 others injured, said regional government source.
The fire broke out around 3 a.m. in a building in Hung Hom, Hong Kong's Kowloon area. It was largely put out around 5:30 a.m.. The injured were sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Kwong Wah Hospital for treatment.
Secretary for Labor and Welfare Matthew Cheung said, "We attach great importance to helping all the victims financially, in terms of housing and also in terms of anything that we can do to help them. We will certainly investigate into the cause of the fire."
