Chinese Minister of Commerce Chen Deming?held?a press conference?on the development of domestic and foreign trade and the promotion of economic cooperation on the sidelines of the First Session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC), or the country's top legislative body, on Friday morning in Bejing.
