11月29日,來(lái)自美國(guó)的杰克在玉虛宮練武。他2010年來(lái)到武當(dāng)山,十四年來(lái)他從“洋弟子”成長(zhǎng)為“洋教練”,并安家在武當(dāng)山,向來(lái)自世界各地的人傳授太極功法、分享對(duì)中國(guó)文化的感悟。太極拳是一種內(nèi)外兼修、剛?cè)嵯酀?jì)的中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)拳法,是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化的結(jié)晶。武當(dāng)太極拳以深厚的文化底蘊(yùn)吸引了無(wú)數(shù)武術(shù)愛(ài)好者,據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)目前全球有150多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的上億人在練習(xí)太極拳,80多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)建立了太極拳組織,武當(dāng)武術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)已在全球范圍內(nèi)相繼建立了34家海外分會(huì),每年有約3萬(wàn)名外國(guó)人不遠(yuǎn)萬(wàn)里來(lái)到武當(dāng)山習(xí)武。[新華社記者 胡競(jìng)文 攝]

Statistics show that over 100 million people across more than 150 countries and regions practice Tai Chi, with about 30,000 foreigners traveling to the Wudang Mountain annually to learn and experience it.
