Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao met in Beijing Thursday with visiting US Republican Congressman Jim Leach, chairman of the House Subcommittee on East Asia and the Pacific. The two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations and issues of common concern.
The congressman and his party are here at the invitation of the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs.
