Sun Heping is appointed the new ambassador to Nepal, replacing Wu Congyong.
Wu Sike is appointed the new ambassador to Egypt, replacing Liu Xiaoming.
Huang Jiemin replaces Luo Xingwu as the new ambassador to Libya.
Liu Yuhe replaces Zhu Bangzao as the ambassador to Tunis and Palestine.
Wang Xiaoyuan is appointed as the new ambassador to the Equatorial Guinea, replacing Xu Changcai.
Yuan Guohou, ambassador to Congo, is replaced by Wo Ruidi.
Lu Yongshou, ambassador to Ghana, gives his position to Zhang Keyuan.
Zhang Yannian, the new ambassador to Kirghizia, replaces Hong Jiuyin.
Hong Jiuyin is appointed new ambassador to Estonia, replacing Cong Jun.
