US chief delegate Christopher Hill said Saturday night that
every relevant party was operating for the final document, and it
is hard for the document to come out Sunday.
??
Hill, also US Assistant Secretary of State, told reporters upon his
arrival at hotel that during the "pretty important" day on
Saturday, it is a key moment that China distributed a text based on
the issues talked by the six parties before.
??
"The Chinese text represents a good basis for future negotiations
and future discussions," said Hill, acknowledging that it is also
"a good basis for final document and final agreement."
??
"We know it takes time," he said.
??
The US delegation held one-on-one meetings with delegations of
South Korea, Japan, North Korea and China.
??
Meanwhile, the six parties held a meeting of the delegation chiefs
Saturday.
??
Hill expressed his appreciation for the Chinese delegation's
efforts in drafting the document. "It's really noticeable how much
work they do."?
