China is considering a number of policies to boost the country's imports and improve its trade balance, according a State Council executive meeting presided over by Premier Wen Jiabao this Wednesday, Xinhua reported.
China will cut on the import duties for some energy and raw material products, consumer products as well as several high-tech goods.
The country will also encourage its commercial banks to support the imports of advanced technologies, equipment, key parts as well as energy and raw material products.
Other policies will include measures to expand fund-raising channels of import firms, improve the cross-border trade settlement in the yuan, cut import costs and remove irregular restrictions.

據(jù)新華社報(bào)道,周三,國(guó)務(wù)院總理溫家寶主持召開國(guó)務(wù)院常務(wù)會(huì)議,研究加強(qiáng)進(jìn)口促進(jìn)對(duì)外貿(mào)易平衡發(fā)展的政策措施。
我國(guó)將降低部分能源原材料進(jìn)口關(guān)稅,降低部分與人民群眾生活密切相關(guān)生活用品和一些高科技產(chǎn)品的進(jìn)口關(guān)稅。
國(guó)家還將鼓勵(lì)商業(yè)銀行開展進(jìn)口信貸業(yè)務(wù),支持先進(jìn)技術(shù)、設(shè)備、關(guān)鍵零部件和能源原材料的進(jìn)口。
政策措施還包括:拓寬進(jìn)口企業(yè)融資渠道,加強(qiáng)和改善跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算工作,降低進(jìn)口環(huán)節(jié)交易成本,清理進(jìn)口環(huán)節(jié)的不合理限制與措施。
