US President Barack Obama was ribbing soccer star David Beckham during LA Galaxy's visit to the White House on Tuesday.
Obama joked about the Briton's age and off the field interests, saying it's a "rare man who can be that tough on the field and also have his own line of underwear," AP reported.
Beckham generated attention in February when H&M aired ads for his new line of undergarments.
The president compared the three-time Major League Soccer Cup champion to the "Miami Heat of soccer," and told 37-year-old Beckham that half of his teammates could be his kids. "We're getting old, David."
