To meet the expansion of maritime combat in the future, two frigates of the South China Sea Fleet set out recently to the western area of Huangyan Island on patrol training. The trainees underwent 36 consecutive hours of anti-submarine training. The training’s dominant feature are the role of information, full scale data-interchange and real-life scenarios, through which the troops can significantly enhance their battlefield-skills. The combat capability of the ships also received an upgrade. [Photo/Navy.81.cn] |
