The Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Toronto Raptors 126-118 in their away NBA game in Toronto on Friday evening.
Antawn Jamison scored 22 points and Delonte West added 15 for Cleveland. Anderson Varejao had 11 points and eight rebounds before being fouled out with 2:12 left in the fourth quarter.
Jarrett Jack and Andrea Bargnani each scored 24 points for the Raptors, and Hedo Turkoglu got 18 in overtime.
During the past 18 matches with Raptors, the Cavaliers have won 15.
Chris Bosh, whose left ankle was hurt, missed his fourth straight game for Toronto. Rasho Nesterovic replaced Bosh in the starting lineup.
