Brazilian soccer players Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka on Wednesday sent their greetings to the 33 Chilean miners who are being rescued after 69 days trapped underground following a mine collapse.
"A special hug for the miners who have been trapped for so long and their families," Ronaldo wrote in his social network account of Twitter.
Meanwhile, Kaka, also wrote in his Twitter: "God bless the rescue of the miners."
The rescue of the miners began on Tuesday night about 11:20 p.m. local time.
