The resigning French Football Federation (FFF) president Jean-Pierre Escalettes revealed on Saturday that forward Anelka will earn no international caps any more.
"Neither myself, nor my successor, nor the future coach will forget what happened and everyone will make sure that he (Anelka) never plays for France again," Escalettes was quoted as saying in the National Assembly website Saturday.
Nicolas Anelka was expelled from the French squad following a row with coach Raymond Domenech during the World Cup in South Africa, which led to an angry reaction from his teammates who boycotted a training session in protest.
France finished at the bottom of Group A to end their chaos-spoiled World Cup campaign, with only one draw and two defeats from three group matches.
Domenech stood down after the World Cup, while former Bordeaux manager Laurent Blanc took over the job as coach of the French national soccer team.
