|
Lying in the northeast of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the scenic city Guilin is one of China's most celebrated tourist destinations. Guilin is well-known for its unique picturesque landscapes, wealth of natural resources, and variety of cultural heritages. There are many scenic points throughout the city, including
Longji Terraces,
Lijiang River,
Yangshuo ancient town, Xiangbi Mountain and Duxiu Peak, which are not only good for sightseeing, but also hiking, jogging and cycling. Also, Guilin is home to a dozen different ethnic minorities, so visitors can also experience the special local customs during their travel. In July, when other places are too hot and humid, Guilin is the best choice for summer.
