It's been a week since 115 workers were rescued from the flooded Wangjialing mine. As their conditions improve, relatives are being allowed to visit their loved ones.
After more than 2 weeks of waiting, the reunion seems even more precious.
Doctors have advised them to bring something easy to digest, such as milk powder, honey and fruit.
Before entering the ward, all visitors are required to wear masks.
The 20-minute visit might be short, but it has provided encouragement. Doctors say it is very helpful for one's psychological recovery.
Similar visits for other survivors will be organized in the coming days.
