Tiger Woods took another step closer to bringing his life back to normal after playing in a pro-am tournament before holding a press conference ahead of the Quail Hollow Championship in Charlotte, North Carolina. It'll be the first regular PGA Tour event the world number one golfer will participate in since his life became mired in a sex-scandal five months ago.
After an excellent return to the professional golf circuit last month at the Masters, Tiger Woods is continuing to received warm applause wherever he goes, including at the first tee of his first regular PGA Tour event since his life unwound in 2009.
The Quail Hollow Championship is just another step toward Woods trying to get his life back on track.
Woods said after playing in a morning pro-am, that his life on the golf course is beginning to return to normal.
Tiger Woods of World No.1 says, "I have to say, this feels a heck of a lot more normal than the Masters did, I just need to go out there and do a little practice session this afternoon, gym work this afternoon as well...get ready for tomorrow and get back into tournament mode again.."
