Super star Johnny Depp surprisingly rocked out on stage with Alice Cooper as the musician's special guest, during an intimate performance at London's famous 100 Club. But this all happened due to a chain of misses.
Introducing the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star as "Johnny D", Alice Cooper was originally meant to have Guns and Roses ex-guitarist Slash on stage to promote Cooper's new album "Welcome To My Nightmare 2".
Cooper later recalled a story about Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards, whom Depp based his famed role in "Pirates" Captain Jack Sparrow on.
While Depp is known for his acting, he's also known to dabble in music. He previously owned the LA-based rock music night-club The Viper Room as well as playing on the Oasis song "Fade In-Out".
