Wildfires have spread through different parts of Greece, a day before Sunday's crucial election which has already spooked voters, international banks and world markets.
The fires, aided by strong winds, broke out near the town of Keratea, south of Athens. Two firefighters are reported injured, one with extensive burns. But there are not thought to be any civilian casualties.
The blaze began Saturday afternoon on dried grass, apparently as the result of an accident and spread fast, engulfing four isolated properties on the outskirts of the towns of Keratea and Palea Fo-kaia and threatening others.
