Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi will pay an official visit to Kazakhstan from Dec. 27 to 29, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said Thursday.

Yang will make the visit at the invitation of Kanat Saudabayev, the Kazakh Secretary of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jiang said at a regular news briefing.
