Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said Tuesday that Iran will legally sue Israel over assassinating a nuclear scientist one year ago.
Iran said Monday it has dismantled an Israeli spying network and arrested a group of people who were linked to the assassination of its nuclear scientist Massoud Ali-Mohammadi in January 2010.
"We have collected some proofs. They are being completed and will be used to legally sue the issue," the spokesman said in his weekly press conference.
Iran is determined to seriously sue the case internationally to condemn and punish Israel, he said.
In November 2010, another Iranian nuclear scientist Majid Shahriar was also killed by a bomb attached to his car on the way to his work.
Iranian authorities have been accusing the United States and Israeli intelligence services of being behind the assassinations.
