A total of 11 aircraft and 12 ships will assist in Saturday's search for missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, and data from the Bluefin-21 showed no contacts of interest have been found to date, the Joint Agency Coordination Center (JACC) confirmed in its latest update on Saturday.
According to the JACC, overnight Bluefin-21 completed mission six in the underwater search area. And Bluefin-21's seventh mission has commenced. It has searched approximately 133 square kilometers to date.
"Data from the sixth mission is currently under analysis. No contacts of interest have been found to date," the JACC confirmed.
In addition, the Australian Maritime Safety Authority has planned a visual search area totaling approximately 50,200 square kilometers, across three areas.
The weather forecast for Saturday is isolated showers and south easterly winds.
