The new Georgian government on Friday affirmed its commitments to the restoration and developmetn of a fair business environment in the country.
"A fair and competitive business environment should finally be restored in the country, with one rule of game for everyone and no artificial monopolies," said Economy Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili.
He said the new government would work toward a healthy relationship with businesses.
On his priorities, the minister said emphasis would be laid on natural resources and energy, transportation and telecommunications.
He indicated higher taxes to protect the country's natural resources. "Natural resources are hard to restore...we should enable our next generations to use this richness as well." Endi
