| ??? 上世紀(jì)五六十年代，人們心中最耀眼的明星不是影視歌星、體壇名將，而是勞模。當(dāng)時(shí)的口號(hào)是“勞動(dòng)最偉大、勞模最光榮”。那個(gè)年代涌現(xiàn)出來的王進(jìn)喜、時(shí)傳祥、張秉貴等人的事跡，激勵(lì)了一代人去學(xué)技術(shù)、抓生產(chǎn)。
2010年年初，媒體報(bào)道我國擬立法規(guī)定外國人可獲“全國勞模”等稱號(hào)。消息一經(jīng)公布，頓時(shí)激起熱烈的討論。請看報(bào)道：

??????? 勞模（model worker）是“勞動(dòng)模范”的簡稱。在社會(huì)主義建設(shè)事業(yè)中成績卓著的勞動(dòng)者，經(jīng)職工民主評(píng)選，有關(guān)部門審核和政府審批后被授予這樣的榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。中共中央、國務(wù)院授予的勞動(dòng)模范為“全國勞動(dòng)模范”（National Model Worker），是當(dāng)前中國最高的榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)；除此之外還有“全國先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)者”（National Advanced Producer）、“全國先進(jìn)集體”（National Advanced Groups）等稱號(hào)。
2010年是五年一次的“勞模年”。3月15日，北京市總工會(huì)（Beijing municipal federation of trade unions）宣布，首次將非本市戶籍的勞動(dòng)者納入評(píng)選范圍（含貢獻(xiàn)突出的外籍勞動(dòng)者）。這意味著北京今年也許會(huì)涌現(xiàn)出一批農(nóng)民工勞模和洋勞模。有關(guān)專家認(rèn)為，北京的這一舉措是一個(gè)進(jìn)步；從某種程度上來說，好像讓我們看到了戶籍制度改革（reform of household registration system）的一絲曙光。請看報(bào)道：
