黑龍江地處中國東北部，依托其旖旎的風景、冰雪運動以及哈爾濱冰雪節(jié)聞名于世。這里，冬天最低溫度可以降到零下50℃，每年一度的哈爾濱冰雪節(jié)更是吸引了世界各地數(shù)百萬游客的眼球。
