Chips, ice cream, and barbecue are many people's favorite snack foods; unfortunately, a lot of these delicious foods are 'junk foods.' Junk foods tend to be ready-to-eat and convenient but also contain high levels of saturated fats, salt and sugar, with little or even no nutritional value.
