However, they contain a great amount of saturated fat and calories which can lead to obesity, and even worse, hypoglycemia and coronary heart disease. During the process of frying, massive cancer-causing toxins are produced. Research has shown that the people who often eat deep fried foods have a much higher risk of developing cancer.
