Premier Wen Jiabao is attending the sixth Meeting of Prime Ministers of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) held in the Uzbekistani capital of Tashkent from November 2 to 6. Wen also will pay official visits to Turkmenistan, Belarus, and Russia.
